We are seeking a collaborative and service-oriented individual to join our Member Service team at G&C Mutual Bank. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including face-to-face, phone, and online interactions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing efficient and professional service to our members
  • Assisting with enquiries and providing information on our product and service offerings
  • Creating opportunities to provide a total solution for our customers' financial needs
  • Processing customers' branch transactions
  • Associated administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate and timely customer records

To be successful in this role, you will be a consistent advocate of our brand, results-oriented, well-organised, and able to communicate confidently with a broad customer group. You will also be able to work a rotating roster with a span of hours from 8am – 6pm, Mon – Fri.
