Senior Training Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Training Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning, and project management. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that training content is accurate, relevant, and engaging.
    • Develop and implement evaluation plans to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including managers, employees, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Education, Training, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, project management, and adult learning.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs that meet business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
