Chief Technical Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable software systems with a focus on quality.
  • Lead technical architecture reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers in a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Conduct system health checks, troubleshoot issues, and implement long-term solutions.
  • Drive Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and QA practices across the development lifecycle.

The successful applicant will have 5+ years of experience as a Pega System Architect/Developer, be Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or equivalent, and have deep expertise in Pega 8.X.
