Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage a portfolio of accounts, retain and expand existing customers, while identifying new growth opportunities across regional territories.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping how customers use the platform to solve complex problems and unlock real business value through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to drive acquisition, growth, and retention using data-driven insights
  • Focus on landing new logos through smart, self-directed prospecting and pipeline generation, creating your own pipeline using industry-leading tools
  • Lead complex solution deals in sales environments, using value-based selling methodologies and qualification frameworks
  • Navigate executive and business decision-maker conversations, demonstrating experience in engagement with senior stakeholders
  • Partner closely with customer success managers to increase product adoption, drive expansion, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, solutions engineering, and other teams to unlock strategic opportunities
  • Confidently navigate complex procurement processes and C-level conversations to close deals and deliver results
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bring 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven hunter mentality
  • Have deep SaaS-only selling experience with complex solution deals
  • Be expert in value-based selling and able to articulate strategic business outcomes across industries
  • Have experience in the government sector and understand industry dynamics
  • Be proficient with MEDPICC methodology and able to create pipeline using industry tools
  • Demonstrate strong executive and business decision experience and be able to engage senior stakeholders
  • Enjoy working across a high-performance team and be able to rally others to a shared goal
  • Take initiative, own your outcomes, and know how to prioritize what moves the needle
  • Be hands-on with the sales tech stack - Salesforce, Salesloft, Quip, Highspot, and value the process as much as the result
