Job Description

As a key member of the sales strategy and operations team, you will play a crucial part in shaping mission-critical sales priorities and driving tactical and analytical insights. You will partner with business leaders to support a global sales force comprised of over 5,000 associates who sell to every major function, industry, and market sector worldwide.

This role is focused on driving top-line revenue and increasing seller productivity. Our team accelerates sales activity by attracting, engaging, and converting prospects through compelling insights and experiences across the buyer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage executive presence to lead a region as an experienced director of B2B marketing
  • Develop comprehensive strategies for buyers in IT organizations, including multi-channel campaigns and buyer journeys to drive lead generation and appointments
  • Assess market landscapes and create focused, integrated marketing plans
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Research, and global marketing partners to continually align marketing activities and priorities
  • Execute leveraging various centers of excellence
  • Prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment while having fun and creating a strong culture on the team and for two direct reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
  • 10+ years' direct experience in related B2B marketing roles
  • 5+ years managing a team
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from senior management, managers, clients, and customers
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities
