Director of Business Development and Marketing

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our business development and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving growth through strategic partnerships, preferably within a top-tier professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and business development strategies to achieve market-leading brand presence and relationships
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement firm-wide integrated marketing and business development plans
  • Support partners to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, assess value propositions, and manage key pursuits to drive growth objectives
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and feedback to team members to foster a high-performance culture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and optimize client and stakeholder outcomes

Requirements:

  • Senior leadership experience in business development/marketing
  • Qualification in marketing, commerce, communications, business, or a related discipline
  • Proven track record in identifying and delivering on business development opportunities
  • Experience leading teams and fostering a collaborative environment
  • Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills
