About the Opportunity
We are seeking a scholar to contribute to evaluating and improving services that support vulnerable populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current practices and develop strategies for improvement
- Strengthen partnerships with consumers, carers and their families
- Develop staff capabilities and promote wellbeing
- Address mental health and other causes of complex problem behaviour
- Prevent inpatient aggression and violence and reduce restrictive practices
- Support recovery progress by addressing co-occurring disorders
About You:
To be successful, you will have:
- A Bachelor degree honours and/or a research master's degree in psychological sciences, health sciences or relevant field
- Demonstrated capacity to write to an excellent standard and strong verbal communication skills
- A high level of comfort working with sensitive topics, diverse cultural groups and security/ethical issues associated with health data
