
Service Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Service Improvement Specialist to join our team. The role will involve working closely with program managers, improvement advisors and staff to develop and deliver innovative service improvements that ensure timely quality care for patients and a positive experience for consumers and staff.
The successful candidate will be an integral member of the Service Improvement Team, working collaboratively with colleagues, consumers and other key stakeholders to implement our improvement methodology and achieve desired results.
- Tertiary qualifications in a health discipline or related field
- Demonstrated experience implementing effective improvement initiatives in a healthcare or related sector while maintaining continuous services
- Proven track record in motivating teams to successfully deliver improvement outcomes and innovative service change
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with consumers, carers and community to improve services through meaningful engagement
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement, building relationships and strategic partnerships, and communicating effectively at all levels
