**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

We believe in providing outstanding service to our customers and right now we are looking for an experienced** Service Improvement Officer** to join the team based in Scoresby VIC.

The Service Improvement Officer will primarily focus on providing are customer service, focused on the delivery on our Customer Promise. In addition, you will also provide an exceptional level of service to customers relating to the Blackwood's product range and meeting sales targets through the timely and effective supply of product.

**Your day to day**:

- Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers by quickly completing tasks
- Focus on finding solutions that get the fastest results for customer backorders, considering both cost and outcome
- Actively seek ways to improve processes and find solutions that benefit both the customer and the business
- Take charge of resolving issues quickly and thoroughly
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently and follow business processes
- Understand the business relationships with customers and stay updated on all processes and procedures

**What You'll Bring to the Team**:

- Strong problem-solving skills and abilities
- A passion for expediting and resolving supply delays
- Able to action a high level of data entry and system updating
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel in a high-pressured role
- Intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel skills & Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills coupled with the ability to adapt communication style to suit your customers' needs
