Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Description:

  • Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Controller, you will oversee the full cycle of accounts receivable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the company's credit risk and support working capital objectives.
  2. Lead and develop a team of AR Specialists responsible for daily cash applications, customer evaluations and approvals, collections and customer account reconciliations.
  3. Exercise strong technical proficiency by upholding all accounts receivable policies and procedures.
  4. Effectively communicate and enforce Solve AR standards with high customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in accounts receivable management or similar role.
  • Strong working knowledge of accounts receivable best practices and credit management.
  • 3+ years leadership or management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Accounts Receivable experience within private equity-backed middle market industrial company or related industry.
