As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and commercial acumen that delivers exceptional results in the field. You will be responsible for exceeding all financial targets from both revenue and operating profit measures, engaging with leaders and peers through regular check-ins, and being the key contact for all matters that impact the customer or organization with respect to the core laboratory portfolio in your territory.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience of successful complex sales execution in the core laboratory portfolio across Clinical Chemistry, Immunoassay, and Haematology, with a passion for ensuring the success of customers. They will also possess established knowledge of the core laboratory portfolio, strong understanding and experience of Public and Private Procurement, and a mindset that can deliver change through confident adoption and demonstration of new ways of working with deep analysis of commercial data to understand one's market and territory.

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic thinker who is able to think and plan strategically, work in an agile way using agile methodologies, and has high computer literacy and technical ability. The role requires a valid driver's license and full eligibility to live and work in Australia.
