This position leads the execution of product launches, merchandising strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximise conversion and revenue. Key responsibilities include executing weekly updates across the homepage, product listing pages, navigation, and content blocks aligned to product launches and promotional activity, building and delivering regional trade calendars, collaborating with retail and merchandising teams to develop and implement search and merchandising strategies that drive engagement and sales, and curating and updating collections to reflect seasonal, promotional, and regional relevance.
The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of experience in online commerce, site merchandising, and trading, preferably in fashion or retail, along with expertise in Shopify and Google Analytics, as well as strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret performance data and draw actionable insights.
