Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Online E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting and packaging fresh produce and other products for delivery to customers.

About the Role:

  • Select and pack products efficiently to meet customer demands
  • Provide excellent customer service through accurate order fulfillment
  • Maintain product knowledge and respond to customer queries effectively
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 15kg)
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
