About the Role
  • Commercial Acumen: You will be responsible for making data-driven decisions to drive revenue, average order value (AOV), conversion rates, and repeat business.
  • E-commerce Operations: You will oversee Shopify performance, user experience (UX), site speed, product merchandising, and on-site content to deliver a high-end retail experience.
  • Campaign Execution: You will execute marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, email (Klaviyo), and search engine optimization (SEO) to drive sales and engagement.
  • Customer Experience: You will elevate the customer experience through personalized journeys, premium packaging, loyalty programs, and VIP moments.
