About the Opportunity

The Contracts Manager role is a key position within Enviropacific Services, responsible for providing commercial support and contractual leadership to a growing portfolio of complex and diverse projects across our business streams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and negotiate key risks and contractual terms with clients and subcontractors.
  • Support and train tender and project teams on contract interpretation and best practice contract management.
  • Prepare and negotiate legal and commercial terms of subcontracts.
  • Ensure project compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
About You

We are seeking an ambitious and hands-on Contracts Manager who is looking to be challenged and step into a growing and successful team.

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
  • 10+ years of experience in a Contracts Management role in a construction/projects environment.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and mitigation skills.
  • A professional demeanour and strong relationship-building skills.
