We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at UGL. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for ensuring that contract requirements are met and the interests of UGL are protected.
Key Responsibilities- Lead scope of works planning to minimize scope gaps and maximize cost efficiencies.
- Maintain contact and good working relationships with stakeholders and stay aware of market conditions.
- Assess commercial and contractual risks and implement controls to mitigate them.
- Administer upstream contracts to ensure responsibilities and obligations are met.
- Assist with head contract dispute resolution processes as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need a tertiary education in Engineering, Commerce/Business, Law, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, or equivalent experience. You will also need a few years of relevant experience in upstream commercial, with some experience in managing a contracts team.
