Job Description

The role of Senior Service Designer is to lead the design process and guide end-to-end projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in human-centred design, strong communication skills, and experience in building and embedding customer experience frameworks.

As a Senior Service Designer, you will be responsible for planning and facilitating strategic design processes, mentoring others in service design approaches and facilitation, and driving organisational decision making.

With a focus on delivering Customer First outcomes, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design-led solutions that meet business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-6+ years experience working in service/strategic design/HCD-focused role, including proven experience leading projects.
  • Tertiary degree in design/service design or related field with transferrable skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced service industry or organisation with rapid change.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven facilitation skills across large cross-functional teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate design work and concepts to senior leadership.
  • Experience uplifting CX across various customer touchpoints and channels.
