**About the Role**

We are seeking an exceptional professional to support self-represented litigants in navigating court procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing practical and procedural information and support to self-represented litigants
  • Assisting self-represented litigants in understanding and complying with court rules
  • Referring individuals to external services and agencies for legal assistance
  • Leading initiatives to improve processes, information, and educational resources for self-represented litigants

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in law or substantial experience working in a legal environment
  • Insight into navigating legal processes and identifying appropriate external supports
  • Highly developed analytical and communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks
