Legal Specialist

This role involves working on a full-time, fixed term basis for 2 years at the organisation's Clients Division.
As a Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in driving fair, client-focused outcomes that directly impact the lives of Victorians by ensuring access to justice and just compensation.
About the Role- Advocate with Impact: Represent the organisation in courts and tribunals using your dispute resolution and litigation expertise to drive fair outcomes.
- Build relationships: Work with plaintiff solicitors, medical experts, courts and other key stakeholders leveraging your influence and negotiation skills to achieve just results.
- Innovate and Solve: Apply analytical and strategic thinking to interpret complex legislation manage diverse cases and resolve disputes through formal litigation or alternative dispute resolution methods.
- Contribute to the Community: Support the organisation's purpose by ensuring its scheme delivers life-critical services directly improving lives across Victoria.
