About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Used Car Manager to join our team at Peter Warren Automotive. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading the Used Car function across SE QLD and Northern NSW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and profitability in the Used Car division.
  • Lead a dynamic team of Sales Managers across multiple dealerships to achieve sales targets and maximize return on investment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including Senior Executives, Dealer Principals, and Sales Executives, to establish processes and execute plans to meet long-term goals.
  • Establish development and continuous improvement plans for the team and broader Used Car function.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar or related role, preferably in the automotive or used vehicles industry.
  • Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant industry or tertiary qualifications highly regarded.
