You will assist leaders in resolving employee relations issues in alignment with policies, procedures, and employment legislation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance and support to employees addressing queries, concerns, and providing information on policies and procedures.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver programs supporting mental health, work-life balance, and diversity.
  • Assisting with organizational change initiatives and cyclical activities.

Required skills and qualifications:

You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to identify problems and propose creative solutions. Proven experience in HR roles is necessary, preferably in generalist or advisory capacities. Experience with performance management and grievance handling is also required.
