Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Technical Product Owner to join our team at the State Government of Victoria, Australia. As a key member of our Corporate Services Group, you will be responsible for managing demand and delivering against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Service Requests, Incidents, and Requested Items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of Technical Business as Usual (BAU) activities for finance applications, ensuring compliance with system patching, user access, and system audit logging.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to enable the delivery of new functionality and upgrades through projects supported by the project team.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures and Configuration Workbooks.
  • Manage support queues and report against SLAs using Service Management Software, preferably ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with customers and third-party suppliers to ensure effective stakeholder management.
Requirements
  • Experience in supporting finance systems, with a strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodology and change management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in managing customers and third-party suppliers.
  • Formal qualifications in ICT or a related field.
