We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our Buy and Own a Home team in ANZ Plus. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for our online home loan application, working closely with cross-functional teams to create a seamless and automated experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Guide squads to use new technology to build a flexible and automated online home loan application process.
- Help the team align, document, and articulate the vision into business/technical requirements.
- Drive features that contribute to the evolving roadmap of the team.
- Lead cross-squad and/or cross-program deliverables that drive the right customer and business outcomes.
- Own and drive all home loan applications fulfilled via the web and their related experiences and capabilities.
- Be the subject matter expert on all things web as it relates to home loan applications.
- Identify, document, and manage risks, issues, and decisions.
- Be a leader and mentor for team members, creating a more engaging and fulfilling working environment.
- Help drive agile practices to ensure a sustainable pace is achieved within the squads.
- Deep understanding of how home loan applications work and passion for transforming the processes that enable them.
- Hands-on Product Owner experience in a technology-led environment.
- Confidence in knowledge of current regulations that apply to the home loan process.
- Willingness to test and transform the status quo, building new customer solutions and improving existing value propositions.
- Lead from the center approach to culture building, stretching outside of your remit to help out where necessary.
