Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Technical Product Owner to join our team at Exact IT Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing demand and delivering against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Service Requests, Incidents, and Requested Items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of Technical Business as Usual (BAU) activities for finance applications.
  • Ensure compliance with system patching, user access, and system audit logging.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver new functionality and upgrades through projects supported by the project team.
  • Manage support queues and report against SLAs.
  • Develop detailed documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures and Configuration Workbooks.
  • Manage stakeholders, including customers and third-party suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting finance systems, with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience preferred.
  • Experience with Service Management Software, preferably Service Now.
  • Strong experience in managing support queues and reporting against SLAs.
  • Detailed understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodology.
  • Formal qualifications in ICT or a related field.
