Job Description:

As a key member of our organization, the Fleet Manager will oversee daily operations of company vehicles across multiple sites. This critical position is responsible for ensuring that all fleet operations are safe, reliable, and cost-effective.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and vendor management skills. They should also be proficient in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of company vehicles across multiple sites
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime
  • Manage vendor relationships for fuel, repairs, leasing, and servicing
  • Ensure compliance with state/local transportation, insurance, and safety requirements
  • Track budgets and find efficiencies in fleet operations
  • Lead vehicle procurement, lifecycle management, and replacement planning
  • Collaborate with operations, HR, and safety teams to support drivers and staff
  • Serve as point of contact for fleet-related emergencies and issues
Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.

Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
