Job Opportunity:

  • We are seeking a reliable and safety-minded driver to operate a garbage truck on specified routes to collect solid waste.
  • Read route sheets and service each customer identified on the sheet or assigned by dispatch.
  • Perform routine pre and post route inspections on vehicles, checking fluids, safety equipment, and tires.
  • Have professional and courteous interactions with customers when needed.
  • Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience with a clean abstract.
  • Class 3 or higher driver's license.
  • Excellent spatial skills to position vehicle and bins effectively and drive safely.
  • Effective communication skills to convey information to dispatch and customers.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
