About the Position

We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team as a Field Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our equipment in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair our equipment in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently, with minimal disruption to customers.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Trade qualification in a relevant field (mechanical, electrical, etc.).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrated experience in mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
