Job Description

This is a hands-on role suited to a skilled technician with a deep understanding of crane systems and associated equipment.

You'll be working autonomously or within small teams to carry out inspections, fault finding, repairs, and preventative maintenance on mobile and fixed cranes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on crane systems ensuring optimal performance and reliability
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults to prevent downtime
  • Complete detailed service reports and safety documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with site supervisors and clients to ensure timely service delivery and exceed customer expectations
  • Adhere to all site safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
  • Proven experience in crane maintenance and servicing preferably with heavy machinery operators
  • Mechanical or electrical trade qualification and relevant certifications
  • EWP, Working at Heights, and Confined Space tickets (mandatory)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Commitment to quality standards and adherence to safety protocols
