About the Job
  • Support seamless daily operations in our Customer Service Centre, meeting performance targets across multiple channels.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to schedules, ensuring sufficient resources are allocated to meet customer demand and addressing any anomalies promptly.
  • Contribute to forecasting, scheduling, and analytical work to enhance customer experience and resource management.
  • Track performance against key performance indicators and identify issues that impact service delivery, escalating them as necessary.
  • Participate in scenario planning to test resourcing strategies and assist in designing or refining forecast models.
  • Manage administrative duties such as absence tracking, shift swaps, leave approvals, and performance reporting.

Requirements
  • Ability to quickly identify data requirements, solve problems, and suggest improvements in workforce management processes.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with others, provide assistance, and contribute to achieving goals and deadlines.
  • Capacity to present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, effectively communicating the story behind the data.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Knowledge of Contact Centre performance metrics and experience with Excel and ideally with Workforce Management Systems.
