Senior Data Science Expert

Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to spearhead our data science and machine learning initiatives.

  • Lead end-to-end data science and machine learning projects from inception to deployment, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
  • Mentor junior data scientists, promoting best practices in modeling, ML engineering, and business alignment.
  • Design and maintain robust data pipelines and architectures to support scalable analytics and ML workflows.
  • Apply advanced statistical techniques and causal inference to inform business decisions.
  • Champion MLOps best practices, including model versioning, automated retraining, and performance monitoring.
  • Explore innovative approaches in areas like computer vision, optimization, and generative AI.
  • Effectively communicate insights through clear visualizations, presentations, and tailored documentation.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Deep expertise across the full data science lifecycle from ideation to deployment and monitoring.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, Azure Databricks, and Azure cloud services.
  • Working knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and modern ML toolsets.
  • A strong advocate for MLOps, building scalable and maintainable ML solutions that last.
