Senior Process Intelligence Engineer Job

This role is for a Senior Process Intelligence Engineer to join our Digital Transformation team in Port Kembla. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of process intelligence roadmaps, ensuring solutions are replicated quickly and effectively across sites.

The key focus areas include:

  • Developing and implementing process intelligence roadmaps
  • Partnering with operations and functional teams to set strategic direction for data governance and data definitions
  • Establishing interoperability across tools, datasets, and departments to reduce duplication and break down silos
  • Mentoring analysts, champions, and leaders to build local ownership of tools and insights, growing long-term capability and resilience

In order to succeed in this role, you will have tertiary qualifications in engineering, science, information technology or a related field, as well as deep technical and analytical skills ideally within manufacturing, process engineering, or data analytics.

The ideal candidate will enjoy exploring complex systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating strategy into practical solutions that teams adopt with confidence.
