Position Overview
As an Identity Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of ASIC's Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. Your role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of IAM solutions, while developing and upholding standards and protocols to safeguard the integrity and security of these systems.
Candidate Profile:
We seek an individual with a robust blend of interpersonal and technical skills, possessing at least 5 years of experience in the deployment and administration of IAM solutions. A comprehensive understanding of identity and access management technologies, including single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, and privileged access management, is essential.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Regularly assessing and enhancing IAM systems to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities, employing industry best practices and tools.
- Demonstrating a thorough understanding of IAM principles, access governance, and role-based access control.
- Proven experience in the deployment and management of IAM solutions, particularly with the Oracle IAM stack and SailPoint, as well as Microsoft Network Policy Server.
- Familiarity with Radiator and IBM DataPower Gateway will be considered an advantage.
- Effectively communicating with diverse audiences in both written and verbal formats.
