We are a dynamic Cyber Security team seeking a seasoned Security Architect with a focus on Identity Access Management (IAM) to join our organization.

This is a long-term contract engagement on daily rates, and the ideal candidate will be based in Australia.

This strategic role involves designing innovative IAM solutions and integrating applications to enhance security frameworks and ensure seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee the implementation of IAM solutions in collaboration with various teams and external vendors.
  • Develop patterns for onboarding applications into the environment.
  • Develop and maintain secure, reliable procedures for application onboarding and single sign-on configurations.
  • Spearhead the integration of IAM technologies with application teams, driving continuous improvement and compliance with security policies.
  • Provide expert guidance on IAM processes, contributing to product roadmaps and strategic planning.

Required Capabilities:

  • Hands-on experience in the architecture and design of IAM technologies (such as SailPoint, Azure AD, Cyberark).
  • The ability to influence people and outcomes through collaboration, logic, and communication.
  • Ability to convey and translate complex scenarios and solutions to a wider non-IT business.
  • Ability to drive process enhancements and automation in support of maximizing effectiveness.
  • Methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to conduct an analysis of a business needs, formulate written business requirements, identify, and resolve issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in documenting project requirements, design, and testing.
