The Decipher Bureau is on the lookout for an experienced Security Architect specializing in Identity Access Management (IAM) to enhance our Cyber Security initiatives.

This role is a long-term contract opportunity available on a daily rate basis, allowing for remote work within Australia.

Please note that this position does not provide sponsorship; candidates must be located in Australia.

This pivotal role focuses on crafting innovative IAM solutions and integrating various applications to strengthen security frameworks while ensuring smooth user interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and supervise the deployment of IAM solutions in partnership with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Create methodologies for integrating applications into the security environment.
  • Establish and uphold secure, dependable processes for application integration and single sign-on configurations.
  • Lead the incorporation of IAM technologies with application teams, fostering ongoing enhancements and adherence to security protocols.
  • Offer expert advice on IAM procedures, contributing to product roadmaps and strategic initiatives.

Required Capabilities:

  • Proven experience in the architecture and design of IAM technologies (such as SailPoint, Azure AD, Cyberark).
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders and outcomes through collaboration, reasoning, and effective communication.
  • Capability to articulate and simplify complex scenarios and solutions for a broader non-technical audience.
  • Proficiency in driving process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analytical and systematic approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to assess business needs, develop comprehensive business requirements, and identify and resolve challenges.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
  • Skilled in documenting project requirements, designs, and testing protocols.
