Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled technical Business Analyst with expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) to join our team. As a Senior IAM Business Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IAM projects, focusing on IGA, and ensuring that solutions align with our organization's overarching Cyber Security and Technology Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop detailed business and technical requirements for IAM solutions.
  • Lead the creation of comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and standard operating procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, confidently navigating conflicting objectives and ensuring alignment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the business units and IT teams, ensuring that the IAM solutions meet business needs while complying with industry standards.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of IAM solutions, particularly IGA systems, from conceptual to deployment.
  • Work closely with Security Operations, Identity Management, Infrastructure Operations, and external vendors to implement and integrate IAM solutions.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in IAM project delivery.
  • Strong BA skills across stakeholder management, documentation, running meetings, workshops, collecting requirements etc.
  • Proven experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), including user access reviews, recertification processes, and privileged access management etc.
  • Strong understanding of IAM frameworks, lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to developing effective solutions.
