Audio Visual Technician

Key events and installations require highly skilled professionals to operate AV equipment, coordinate logistics, and manage client expectations.

This position demands a high degree of technical proficiency in setting up audio, lighting, and video equipment.

  • Strong ability to set up stages with styling elements, including draping, stage skirts, and truss borders.
  • Leadership skills to lead teams effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients and crew.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience working with Hybrid and Virtual events.

As a key member of the installation and operations team, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of all aspects of the event. This includes coordinating with clients, crew, freelancers, and venue staff to ensure seamless delivery of AV services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Experience operating GrandMA (highly preferred).
  • Setting up audio, lighting, and video equipment for live events and installations.
  • Providing expert advice on equipment setup and usage.
  • Working with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
