About the Role

This position offers front-line audio-visual and operational support within a high-profile command centre environment.

You will ensure AV systems run seamlessly across multiple secure rooms, while also assisting with general administration, room setup, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for audio-visual systems, including Microsoft Teams Rooms.
  • Ensure AV equipment is operational and ready ahead of meetings, briefings, and incident responses.
  • Escalate technical issues to senior AV specialists when required.
  • Assist with room access, scheduling, and physical setup for meetings and surge operations.
  • Maintain SharePoint logs and documentation to support operational reporting.
  • Contribute to the efficient running of the Command Centre during both standard operations and election periods.
  • Provide professional administrative and coordination support across teams.
  • Technical expertise in supporting AV equipment and Microsoft Teams Rooms (exposure to Crestron/Q-SYS an advantage).
  • Strong IT literacy across corporate systems and collaboration platforms.
  • Proven ability to deliver administrative support in structured environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence supporting geographically dispersed teams.
  • Demonstrated professional integrity and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Resilience and adaptability to work under pressure, including extended hours and shift work during peak periods.
