The Marketplace team excels in Strategic Planning and Procurement, spanning offline and online media types, powered by data-driven insights, cutting-edge technology, and automation.
The role of Manager within the Marketplace team oversees client media plans to achieve campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team with a passion for Strategic Planning and Procurement
- A thorough understanding of the media landscape, ability to articulate macro consumer trends and challenges/opportunities
- Attention to detail, extensive experience in media buying, problem-solving, and analytical thinking
- Clear communication, presentation skills, negotiation, investment planning, and results-driven approach
Success Metrics
- Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders and internal reports
- Understand and articulate agency and group proposition, core Marketplace processes, and our way of working
- Stay immersed in the team, understanding active and upcoming campaigns
Long-term Objectives
- Take ownership of campaigns and clients, accountability, and volume
- Build strong relationships with publishers, representing us appropriately
