
High Performance Client Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Relationship Specialist to manage client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and the ability to build deep relationships with clients. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Accountable for managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain relationships with clients across the entire value chain
- Handle day-to-day queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Act as point of escalation to the Operations Team
- Ensure delivery of monthly reports to assigned clients
- Drive Service Review Meetings with relevant clients
- Regular and ad hoc client interaction
- Experience within the funds industry and knowledge of processes underlying it
- Capability to build deep and thorough knowledge of services offered by the business
