About the Role:

Key Responsibilities: Our ideal candidate will lead our partnership with Coles, champion our consumer portfolio, and deliver commercial success in a dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans to grow market share and achieve sales targets. This includes building and nurturing strong relationships with Coles stakeholders, analysing market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights, collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams, negotiating commercial agreements and promotional plans, monitoring account performance, and delivering regular performance updates and market insights.

To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience as a National Account Manager, ideally within FMCG/FMCH, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional initiatives.
