Lead Client Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a high-performing leader to fill the position of Assistant Manager within our Audit team in Melbourne. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing and leading client engagements, developing talent, and building strong relationships with clients.
Your Key Responsibilities- Manage client engagements of high-profile clients, overseeing all aspects of audit delivery, client service, and business development.
- Execute advisory services and provide expert advice to clients.
- Provide inspirational leadership to grow and develop our talented team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prestigious audit clients and play a key role in delivering quality assurance and reporting.
- A proven track record of high performance and success.
- Strong IFRS skills and excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated team leadership abilities and highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
We seek applicants with relevant tertiary qualifications, including a CA, CPA or equivalent, or the ability to obtain a CA or CPA.
