Operational Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of operational plans that prioritize the safety, stability, and growth of children and young people.

This position involves collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver timely and proactive solutions that support case plan objectives within specified timeframes.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for critical assessment and reflection, engaging others through child-centered and family-focused relationship-based practice, and delivering results through problem-solving, culturally informed practice, and business operations.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Critical Assessment and Reflection: Risk assessment, analysis, case planning review, and management, as well as standardized reporting and reflective practice.
  • Engaging Others: Collaboration, knowledge sharing, and exchanging critical information across the system.
  • Delivering Results: Problem-solving, culturally informed practice, business operations, evaluating and delivering program improvements, and providing support.
