About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the sales team in Victoria and Tasmania, driving growth and performance across all sales channels. As the General Manager of Lendi Group VIC/TAS, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives, leading a high-performing team, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and performance across all sales channels in VIC/TAS.
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of sales professionals, including sales managers, retail business consultants, and support services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, franchisees, and other business partners.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Distribution Office and fellow state managers to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Design and implement initiatives to improve the business value proposition, customer experience, and economics of the distribution channels.
  • Attract and retain top-tier sales talent, providing industry-leading development opportunities and career growth.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the sales team.
  • Ensure alignment with Lendi Group's vision, values, and operating model.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the mortgage industry.
  • Experience in channel management and franchising is highly desirable.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to drive business growth and performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and driving business success.
