Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Regional Managers and Store Management to achieve targeted results and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor and analyze financial and sales reports to inform business decisions and drive results.
- Identify and develop internal talent, creating succession plans and career paths to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a State Manager or Area Manager in a retail or FMCG environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial and sales data.
- Ability to drive sales growth and full P&L accountability.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing business strategies to drive results.
- Strong customer focus and ability to prioritize customer needs.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
