Job Summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Business Development Executive to join our team in VIC/TAS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement business opportunities with existing strategic partners and explore new opportunities in the Aged Care & Primary Care Sectors.
  • Develop strong relationships with wholesalers and build strategic partnerships to drive sales growth.
  • Assume primary responsibility for identifying new sales leads within assigned geographic territory and plan and implement new marketing initiatives.
  • Regularly analyze sales performance and provide input on strategies and tactics to ensure delivery of sales results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years' relevant proven experience in sales or business development.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry in ANZ.
  • Willingness to travel 50-60%.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, understand, and respond optimally.
