Job Summary
Smith+Nephew is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Business Development Executive to join our team in VIC/TAS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement business opportunities with existing strategic partners and explore new opportunities in the Aged Care & Primary Care Sectors.
- Develop strong relationships with wholesalers and build strategic partnerships to drive sales growth.
- Assume primary responsibility for identifying new sales leads within assigned geographic territory and plan and implement new marketing initiatives.
- Regularly analyze sales performance and provide input on strategies and tactics to ensure delivery of sales results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 3+ years' relevant proven experience in sales or business development.
- Valid driver's license.
- Extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry in ANZ.
- Willingness to travel 50-60%.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, understand, and respond optimally.
