About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Group Director, Ethics to lead our ethics and compliance program. This is a high-profile role that requires a deep understanding of ethical practices and related laws.

The successful candidate will provide overall leadership, vision and direction for our E&C program, driving adoption across all regions and business units. They will foster an ethical culture across the organization, inspiring leaders to champion a safe, respectful and values-driven workplace.

This role can be based in any of our major office locations globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Governance:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic recommendations on complex E&C matters.
    • Accountable for the effective monitoring of the global E&C program and timely reporting on key metrics, trends and emerging risks.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and manage a global E&C team of approximately 20 professionals, fostering high performance and collaboration.
  • Risk Management:
    • Lead E&C risk assessments during the pre-contract phase, focusing on areas such as sanctions, third-party due diligence, fraud and corruption.
Requirements

We are looking for a professional with significant management experience and a strong understanding of ethical practices and related laws.

Important skills include excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities, integrity, confidentiality and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Decisions will require deep expertise within area of focus, understanding the impact of decisions on the broader organization.

Able to lead and guide the strategic development of new systems, processes and tools.

Strong understanding of broader systems, processes and tools related to the field.
