Are you passionate about leading a high-performing, multi-skilled team that tackles complex compliance matters across the Redlands, including the Southern Moreton Bay Islands? Do you thrive on guiding investigations, preparing legal documentation, and resolving sensitive community issues while ensuring compliance with Local Laws and State Legislation? Responsibilities
  • Leading and inspiring a multi-skilled compliance services team, building a positive, high-performing culture.
  • Coordinating complex investigations and taking appropriate enforcement action whilst prioritising community safety.
  • Providing expert advice, delivering exceptional customer service, and empowering your team to confidently handle challenging situations.
  • Preparing accurate documentation to a high level to support Court and Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) matters, and strive for continuous improvement across the team.
  • Driving innovation and collaboration, finding creative solutions to complex compliance issues.

  • Leading teams: Proven ability to inspire multi-disciplinary teams and drive a high-performing culture.
  • Innovative and proactive: Takes initiative, challenges the status quo, and encourages creative solutions.
  • Community-focused: Builds strong relationships and engages positively with the community.
  • Legislation knowledge: Understanding of relevant Council Local Laws, Animal Management, Biosecurity, Waste, and Transport legislation.
  • Problem-solving: Strong communication, mediation, and investigative skills to resolve complex issues and make sound decisions.
