Risk and Compliance Leader

A seasoned professional is sought to play a critical role in embedding and enhancing regulatory compliance capability across the organization.
The successful candidate will support the implementation of Compliance Strategy and standards, ensuring alignment with regulatory obligations and fostering a proactive risk culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing pragmatic compliance advice to stakeholders
- Designing and implementing effective controls to monitor adherence to internal and external compliance requirements
- Contributing to risk-in-change assessments, governance and training initiatives, and leading remedial actions to uplift compliance maturity
- Mentoring analysts and collaborating across functions to deliver best-practice compliance outcomes
This is an initial 24-month contract with potential for extension. The successful candidate will be a leader who can drive continuous improvement in compliance practices and foster a strong control environment.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced compliance professional with deep expertise in regulatory frameworks and risk management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory bodies and a proven track record in designing and implementing effective compliance controls.
