Hotel Service Ambassador
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are looking to take their career to the next level.
Key responsibilities:
- Process and assist with guest arrivals, departures, and room allocations.
- Attend to guest queries in a timely manner.
- Address complaints presented by guests in an efficient and positive manner.
- Maintain a high level of health and safety of all patrons, guests, and staff members.
- Promote and up-sell hotel facilities through strong product knowledge.
- Ensure service provided to guests meets hotel standards.
Requirements:
- Availability to work varied shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Genuine passion for hospitality and desire to help others.
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and being guest obsessed.
- Knowledge of Opera (PMS) would be advantageous.
