Hotel Service Ambassador

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are looking to take their career to the next level.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process and assist with guest arrivals, departures, and room allocations.
  • Attend to guest queries in a timely manner.
  • Address complaints presented by guests in an efficient and positive manner.
  • Maintain a high level of health and safety of all patrons, guests, and staff members.
  • Promote and up-sell hotel facilities through strong product knowledge.
  • Ensure service provided to guests meets hotel standards.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work varied shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and desire to help others.
  • Excellent grooming and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and being guest obsessed.
  • Knowledge of Opera (PMS) would be advantageous.
