A Clinical Care Manager is required for a dynamic team in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs. Reporting to an experienced Leader, you will oversee the clinical operations of a 70+ bed facility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the clinical team with a focus on quality and safety - Collaborate with Quality Manager and nursing staff to achieve accreditation - Build and support the team to provide high-quality patient care

**Requirements:**

- AHPRA registration - DIV 1 - Experience in aged care as a Care Manager/Clinical Manager/Clinical Care Coordinator - Understanding of accreditation process - Knowledge of AN-ACC - Ability to lead and develop the team
